Chrissy Teigen and John Legend reveal name of baby boy in first adorable photo

The world has a brand new Legend and his name is Miles Theodore Stephens!

On Sunday, new parents Chrissy Teigen and John Legend shared a gorgeous pic of their newborn son alongside brief notes expressing their happiness and gratitude at the latest addition to their family.

"Hello, world! This is Miles Theodore Stephens -- We are drowning in his little peeps and nuzzles," gushed the 32-year-old model. "Our household feels overwhelmed with love. Thank you for all your well wishes!"

Meanwhile Miles' dad, 39-year-old John Legend, kept things short and sweet on his feed captioning the photo, "Our new love, Miles Theodore Stephens."

Other celeb mums like Khloé Kardashian and Reese Witherspoon also congratulated the new parents.

"Hello cutie!" wrote the newest Kardashian mum, whose sister Kim KardashianKim Kardashian.

Mum of three, 42-year-old Witherspoon commented, "OH! What a gorgeous baby! Congrats to your whole family."

On Wednesday last week, Chrissy Teigen hinted on Twitter that they had welcomed their second child to the world by tweeting "I'm herrrrrrre!" followed by several baby bottle and smiley face emojis.

As the latest addition to the Legend household, Miles is the baby brother to his big sister, two-year-old Luna Simone.

When a fan asked Teigen if their newborn son looked anything like Luna, the mum of two said that he had surprised the family by arriving a little sooner than anticipated.

"Same nose!" She added, "He is a few weeks early so he's litttttttle and makes the teeniest noises. We are in love."

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, The Lip Sync Battle host also shared that giving birth the second time around was much easier, referencing a rather painful birth with Luna.

"I can confirm postpartum life is 90% better when you don't rip to your butthole. Baby boy: 1 point. Luna: 0."
