Caitlyn Jenner blasts posh Beverly Hills restaurant after being denied service for wearing ripped jeans
Caitlyn Jenner was denied service at a glamorous hotel restaurant because of her choice of clothing — and she is not happy about it.
The former Olympian and reality TV star called out the Polo Lounge, one of the Beverly Hills Hotel's many eateries, on Instagram for turning her away because she was wearing ripped jeans.

"@bevhillshotel f--k your horrible service for not letting me have lunch with this tiny rip in my jeans," she wrote alongside a photo of the pair of jeans she was wearing.
"Shame on you. Disgusting. I have been a patron for decades. No longer."
In her post, 72-year-old Jenner also tagged the hotel's parent company The Dorchester Collection.

A source told TMZ Jenner was caught off-guard after being called out for wearing ripped denim, especially since she was in full hair and makeup.
The former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also stopped to take photos with fans despite the restaurant's "no photos" policy.
Staff, however, did not enforce these rules but they did call Jenner out for not sticking to the dress code.

A rep for the Polo Lounge has since released a statement to TMZ.
"Please see our dress code policy which is stated on our website and provided to every guest when they make a reservation with us," they wrote.

It seems Jenner took a look at the dress code policy herself, which states: "At the Polo Lounge, we encourage you to dress for the occasion, so we ask that you refrain from wearing casual hats, ripped denim, crop tops, nightwear, swimwear, and men's sleeveless shirts."
In a follow-up Instagram post, Jenner circled the words "we encourage", seemingly pointing out that the dress code is not mandatory.
