Stephanie Beatriz just got the role of a lifetime — she's going to be a mum!

The Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress revealed she's expecting her first child with her husband, Brad Hoss.

The 40-year-old, who came out as bisexual when she was in college, admitted she never saw herself settling down to marry and have kids, saying growing up she didn't think a "committed partnership was really for me."

"I couldn't really see kids," she told People "It wasn't that I was closed off to it. It was more that I couldn't quite see how a baby fit into the life that I was building."

Although life turned out a little differently than she expected, Beatriz explained she's able to be her "fullest, most authentic self around" around Brad, adding it doesn't make her "any less queer."

The actress said they're committed to raising a child who understands equality.

"I think one of the best things you can do is raise a kid who understands that however a person chooses to shape their one glorious life is worthy of celebration."

Beatriz married Hoss in 2018 in an "LA-themed celebration," with the actress even getting married in a gown called the Rosa — which is also the name of her character from Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

"I never would've gotten to the place where I would've even been open to Brad as a partner if it hadn't been for my time on Brooklyn Nine-Nine," she explained to People at the time.

"All of my friends on that show have just taught me so much about myself, the experience of being on that show has taught me so much about myself as a human being."
