Tim Robards was left facing a repair bill of at least $1,000 after another vehicle parked just millimetres from his luxury Porsche.
The former Bachelor star, 43, shared the ordeal with his 264,000 Instagram followers before revealing a bizarre twist that forced him to call the police.

“What do you think of this park? Am I the only one who thinks it’s pushing it a little bit?” Robards asked his online fans.
“So there’s my car, I’ve come out, there’s this car. I was here first. What do you reckon? Would you leave your car like that? What is going on?”
After Robards spotted a scrape on his rear bumper he eventually tracked down the owner of the other car who turned out to be an American tourist set to leave Australia in hours.
The tourist asked Robards to wait just a few moments so they could exchange details, but according to Robards the American never returned.
“I’ve been standing in the rain and the pr--k just left me here for an hour and he’s just trying to do a runner … I waited around for over an hour and then decided to call the cops,” Robards vented.

“It’s such a small thing but just do the right thing. People should just have integrity.”
Things took an unexpected turn once the police showed up to investigate.
Robards managed to speak to someone in the street who shared more details about the man who allegedly clipped his car.
The fitness guru said the “story got very interesting” as the man’s neighbours suspected he was filming an adult video in his studio.

Police told Robards it was best to report the incident and put through an insurance claim.
The reality star’s ordeal divided the internet, with many praising Robards for “holding him to account” while others didn’t see what all the fuss was about.

“Needed a magnifying glass to see the damage. Bloke was a knob for parking like he did and running away but there’s bigger shit in life to worry about and bother police with,” one wrote, amassing hundreds of agreeing likes.
Another defended Robards, writing: “Those who are saying it’s not worth it obviously don’t own a luxury car. He will have to fork out his own time and money to repair this. It’s not a Camry, it’s a Porsche.”
