Ashton Kutcher has handed over his LA home to his ex-wife Demi Mooreex-wife Demi Moore daughter, Rumer Willis.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Kutcher purchased a 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in 2009 for US$971,500 (approx. $1.3 million).

At the time, the That '70s Show star filed a co-ownership agreement with Rumer -- Moore and actor Bruce Willis' eldest daughter -- which granted each party 50 percent ownership of the Hollywood Hills property.

On August 3, Rumer filed docs stating that, "All debt owing under the note, deed of trust and any related loan documents has been deemed paid and satisfied in full," meaning Rumer is the sole owner of the property.

Kutcher and Moore ended their eight-year marriage in 2013. In 2015, Kutcher married Mila Kunis.

Because of his marriage to Kunis, the house was technically her community property -- property acquired during a marriage -- so she had to file a quitclaim deed to transfer her interest to Rumer.

According to 34-year-old Kunis, who now shares two children of her own with her husband, Kutcher still has a relationship with Rumer and her sisters, Tallulah and Scout Willis.

"[He and Moore] had, like, a normal, real relationship," Kunis previously said on the WTF with Marc Maron podcast. "They had three kids they were raising. It was, like, a normal life. He was younger but he loved those kids."
