Amy Schumer reflects on life before COVID-19 with a sweet slideshow of photos

Amy Schumer is reflecting on life before COVID-19.

The 39-year-old comedian shared a slideshow of photos on Instagram with some happy memories with friends and family prior to the pandemic.

Schumer captioned the images, "One year into this pandemic today I'm missing my sister @kimcaramele being on the road with my best friend @rachelfeinstein_ hanging at the @comedycellarusa with my nemesis @keithrobinson438 and my dad."

She concluded the post by asking her 10.5 million followers, "What are you missing today?"

In the first photo, Schumer was seen playing with her sister's hair, then enjoying a casual stroll in New York City with her friend and spending time with her father.

In a recent interview with The New York Times, Schumer shared her fears about her father's health amid the pandemic. Her father, Gordon David Schumer, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when she was 12 years old.

"I'm worried about my dad, who is in assisted living where 15 people have died. My mom is alone. It's upsetting," she told the outlet. "And my friends who are nurses, a lot of them had it. But my day-to-day is nice. It's nice to have a baby because it gives you a routine, and he doesn't know what's going on."

The Trainwreck actress shares her nearly two-year-old child Gene David Fischer with husband Chris Fischer. Schumer said her attitudes have changed since becoming a mother.

"I'm not going to go to the Comedy Cellar for a year at least — It's the biggest risk. If I didn't have a baby, I might be a little more chill," she said. "You care if you die less if you don't. But now, I'm like, I better stay alive, I guess."
