Adele reportedly engaged to sports agent Rich Paul and 'planning summer wedding'

Adele is reportedly engaged to her American sports agent boyfriend, Rich Paul. 

The happy news was shared by online gossip site Deux Moi, who claimed a source close to the British singer confirmed the report with them, adding that the pair have already narrowed down a date for their wedding. 

"Adele and Rich Paul are engaged. Per my very reliable source, I can confirm that yes, Adele and Rich Paul are planning a [US] summer wedding!" the site announced.

Adding to the reports, Adele was seen wearing a sparkling diamond ring on her wedding finger at her Las Vegas show over the weekend.

The 34-year-old has long fuelled engagement rumours as far back as early last year when she was seen wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger at the BRIT Awards in February 2022. 

According to Page Six, the Lorraine Schwartz-designed pear-shaped ring is approximately 10 carats and is worth an estimated $US1 million ($1.4 million).

In August, Adele also admitted she was thinking marriage, telling Elle she's never been happier and she wouldn't hesitate to marry him.

"I've never been in love like this. I'm obsessed with him," said Adele, who divorced Simon Konecki in 2019 after eight years together, three of which they were married. The couple share son Angelo, 10. 

"I definitely want more kids," she added. "I'm a homemaker and I'm a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music."

Adele and Paul, 41, have been dating for two years, going public with their relationship in September 2021. By May 2022, the pair moved in together after the singer forked out a whopping $80.1 million to buy Sylvester Stallone's sprawling Beverly Hills estate.

During her current Las Vegas residency – Adele has been performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for her Weekends With Adele residency since November – the singer has gushed about her reported fiancé at her shows. 

In December, she sang Happy Birthday to him during her set, telling the crowd: "I love him more than life itself, so can we wish him happy birthday? His name's Rich!"
