EXCLUSIVE: Kim and Kanye's $12million private island for North's birthday

It's good to see Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to keep their daughter grounded…

Yep, TheFIX has exclusively learnt how the couple have forked out $12million for North West's second birthday present next Monday.

So, what could cost so much? Well, a private island in the Caribbean, just off Grenada (check it below)…that's what.

"They have signed initial papers to buy a private island in Grenada in the Caribbean for $12 million," says a source.

"They’ll build a home on the island that will be given to North when she turns 18. Kanye is ultra protective about security and privacy and he sees a private island, owned and operated by him and Kim and eventually North, as the best option."

That's quite the birthday swag. But that's not all, she will also receive a $250,000 reserved seat on the Virgin Galactic. Yep, what every two year old wants!

"North West can cash in  the space flight any time after the age of 16," says the source. "Kanye likes to think outside the box. He wants Nori to grow up to be the coolest person in the world."
