'Never seen before': Botched doctors left speechless over woman's 'Whoville' nose

In the medical show Botched, Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow take on some of the most difficult cosmetic surgeries in an effort to fix failed jobs that have gone horribly wrong.

One of their biggest operations was on Holly, whose previous nose surgery left her with a very different result to what she'd been expecting.

"I look like I live in Whoville. My tip looks like it's going to poke someone's eyes out and it's all from one surgery," she revealed in a recent episode of Botched, which you can stream for free on 9Now.

Before her first surgery, Holly wanted to get her "crooked" nose fixed in time for her wedding, but she was left miserable with the results.

"My wedding was supposed to be one of the happiest day of my life and I feel like that surgeon took that away from me," Holly told the camera. "I didn't feel happy the whole time because of what he did to my nose."

The failed surgery left her with a raft of insecurities, and Holly hoped Botched doctors, Dr Nassif and Dr Dubrow, could help fix her now deformed nose.

During her consultation with the doctors, Dr Nassif frowned and sighed as he realised it was going to be more complicated than it seemed at first glance.

Nassif explained that there is a "gap in her nasal bones" and surgery would require lots of added cartilage, tissue and a "glue-like material" to piece her nose back together.

The toughest part, though, is the tip of Holly's nose and it left Dr Nassif worried about the outcome.

"Here's my dilemma and one thing I'm worried about," he told Holly. "I'm worried about how your nose is going to turn out. The nasal skin is really, really, really thin."

Dr Dubrow was especially is stunned by Nassif's reaction to Holly's nose, and admitted he's never seen him this concerned.

"Wow, to see Paul react like that, knowing that he does the hardest nasal surgeries in the world, that tells you something," Dubrow said. "Holly's case is truly something we've never seen before."

Dr Dubrow explained that to refill Holly's nose with cartilage, it may stretch the nasal skin too much and she could potentially suffer from "skin death".

While Holly was scared and nervous after hearing what the doctors had to say, she decided to go ahead with the high-risk surgery.

And after a successful surgery, she couldn't be happier with the results.

After years of hiding her nose and feeling insecure, Holly finally got the wedding photos she had always dreamed of. 

"Looking back, I feel like I'm on the other side of the mountain now. I no longer have a pulverised nose, I no longer have to hide in the corner," she beamed.

"My tip is round and smooth and my nose is straight and symmetrical."
