'We'll have to accept terror deportees'

Australia will have to accept dual citizens deported from other countries for fighting with terror groups, Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has confirmed.

But they would face prosecution on their return.

"We have a constitutional obligation to provide citizenship to that person," Mr Dutton told Sky News when asked whether Australia would accept a dual national deported from the UK for instance.
