Woman arrested on roof of Perth house

A 24-year-old woman has been arrested on the roof of a Perth house after fleeing from a crash with a police car.
Police say they pursued the woman after a stolen car was seen driving through a red light in Belmont in Perth's east on Monday night.
The car failed to stop and went on to the wrong side of the road, police say.

It did a u-turn, hit the police car, before the woman fled on foot and climbed on to the roof of a home in Chester Rd, where she was arrested, police say.
A 24-year-old Leda woman has been charged with various offences, including stealing a car, reckless driving and failure to supply blood for a drug test.
