A teenage P-plate driver in Perth has been caught speeding more than 50km/h over the limit with two passengers, including a nine-month-old baby.
Police say they spotted the car travelling at 133km/h in an 80km/h zone in Forrestdale on Sunday afternoon.
A 19-year-old man will face a charge of reckless driving and the car has been impounded for 28 days.
