AAP
A Pakistan national who was nabbed at Perth Airport with child exploitation material on his mobile phone has dodged an immediate prison sentence.
Australian Border Force officers found the sexual videos while examining luggage belonging to Talal Maqsood, 32, after he arrived on a flight from Dubai in October.
Maqsood was sentenced in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday and must be of good behaviour for two years or he will forfeit a $5000 recognisance and serve eight months in prison.
