Motorcyclist hurt while fleeing WA police

A man is in a Perth hospital with serious injuries after he was thrown from his motorcycle while fleeing police.
Police tried to stop the 36-year-old man for driving without registration plates on Albany Highway on Monday afternoon but he allegedly sped off.
The officers followed him but lost sight of the motorcycle, later finding he had hit a stationary car and been flung from the motorcycle.
