WA truck driver crushed: workers shaken
AAP
Workers in a light industrial area in Perth's south have been left shaken after a 35-year-old truck driver was crushed by his vehicle's loading ramp.
A WorkSafe spokeswoman confirmed the man died after the accident on Possner Way in Henderson on Friday morning.
Jake Corkery, a worker at a business on the street, told the Seven Network people nearby rushed to help the man.

"One of the older fellows ... has just said `the truck driver that's waiting out the front for you guys, the ramp's fallen down and crushed him. He's dead'," Mr Corkery said.
"So I obviously ran out the front to make sure he's not talking rubbish and yeah, I've just seen the body on the ground."
WorkSafe investigations are continuing.
