AAP
Hundreds of dead crabs have washed up on a beach in Western Australia with authorities baffled about the cause.
About 500 dead blue swimmer crabs were found by a member of the public at Belvidere Beach, near Bunbury in the state's south, on Thursday.
The cause of the mass die off is not yet known and samples have been sent to the Fisheries Department for testing.
