Hacking attempt on WA govt websites

Several West Australian public transport websites have been temporarily shut down after a hacking attempt.
The Public Transport Authority on Thursday disabled a number of websites after detecting a hacking attempt earlier in the day.
The websites include:

- Transperth
- Transwa
- School Bus Services
- Right Track
- Get On Board
The PTA says it is working to resolve the issue, but in the meantime customers of the SmartRider electronic ticketing system will not be able to check their balances online.
