A man has been charged with manslaughter after a man in his 60s died in Perth on Saturday.

The victim was found on South Terrace in Fremantle, and rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital.

9News understands a fight broke out on South Terrace between three men at about 2am.

The man later died in hospital.

Two men in their 20s were arrested on Saturday, and one, 26, has been charged with manslaughter.

The other man in his 20s has since been released by police.
