Fire causes $700,000 damage to WA home

A woman has been charged over a fire that caused more than $700,000 worth of damage to a Perth home.
Police allege the woman smashed a window to enter the property on Sunday evening, poured an accelerant onto furniture and set it alight before stealing an item and running away.
The 34-year-old woman has been charged with several offences including criminal damage by fire, burglary and stealing.
