Worker threatened during terrifying supermarket robbery in Melbourne
A young woman working at a supermarket in Melbourne's south-east has been left terrified after a man threatened her with a knife and took off with wads of cash.
The 22-year-old cashier was working at a supermarket on Cranbourne Road in Frankston when the man approached her around 8am on December 30, police said.
The man demanded cash from the woman before threatening to stab her.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance and aged in his mid-40s. Victoria Police
Police said the woman handed over a small quantity of cash before the man fled on foot.
Detectives are appealing for information following the robbery last month.
The man was last spotted getting onto a bus on Cranbourne Road, headed towards Cranbourne.
The supermarket worker was not physically injured.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged in his mid-40s, with a medium build and a dark grey receding hairline.
He was last seen wearing a grey-coloured top and pants as well as a blue and white Furphy-branded beanie.
Anyone with information has been urged to contact police.
