'Look out!': The Block judge stuns Karl as he steps out in swim shorts
Fans of The Block are used to seeing Darren Palmer in a tailored jacket and trousers when he's giving feedback to the contestants on their room reveals.
But the long-serving judge and interior designer stunned Today viewers this morning when he emerged from an ice bath wearing nothing but a pair of wet swim shorts.
Darren joined Tim Davies, at Yourtown's Tallebudgera Valley prize home, which he helped design.

And after trying to school the Today weather presenter earlier in the show about wallpaper faux pas, Timmy put his guest on ice - literally, in the property's outdoor ice bath.
"How are you feeling, my friend?" Timmy asked.
But something tells us Darren is no stranger to the therapeutic ice bath, because when he emerged from it moments later, his incredible physique had Karl and Sarah blushing back in the studio.
"Oh, look out, Darren Palmer! Is there a gym in that place?" Karl asked.

"Hey Timmy, I know one way you could warm up that ice bath."
But while Darren was happy to show off his rig, even flexing a little for the hosts, Timmy was more worried about his soaked guest trying to drench his shirt.
"Oh no! You've made me all wet - get off me," Timmy laughed.
"Said no one ever," Karl cheekily added.
