Woman escapes suspicious Adelaide fire

An Adelaide woman has escaped her burning home after a suspicious late-night car fire spread to the roof of the house.
The woman was alerted to the blaze by a smoke alarm that went off about 3am on Saturday, and she fled the Flinders Park home unharmed.
The fire, which police believe is suspicious, spread from a flaming vehicle in the carport and caused an estimated $100,000 damage.
