Second person dies following SA crash

A second person has died following a road crash north of Adelaide over the long weekend.

A 14-year-old boy died in hospital on Wednesday, police say.

A 36-year-old woman, who was a passenger in one of the cars, also died at the scene of the crash on Monday.

Five other people were injured when two cars collided at the intersection of the Copper Coast and Yorke highways.

A 40-year-old man who was driving a third car has been reported for causing death by dangerous driving and aggravated driving without due care.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
