SA public officer on corruption charges

A South Australian public officer has been charged with theft after an investigation by the state's corruption watchdog.
The 36-year-old woman was charged with five counts of abusing public office and five counts of aggravated theft over offences allegedly committed between July 2013 and May 2016, the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption said on Wednesday.
She has been bailed to face Adelaide Magistrates Court on June 24.
