SA jobless rate falls in March

A fall in unemployment in South Australia is a sign the state's economy is strengthening, the state government says.

The jobless rate in SA fell to 6.4 per cent in March from 6.8 per cent the previous month.

Acting Employment Minister Susan Close says 2200 more South Australians are now employed compared to this time last year.
