SA fire victims to claim help with bills

Victims of a deadly bushfire in South Australia's mid-north will receive help to pay for water used to fight the blaze.

SA Water will provide eligible customers with credit for extraordinary usage and replace meters free of charge, acting water minister Gail Gago says.

Residents are continuing to clean up after last week's devastating blaze, which ripped through 82,000 hectares, claimed two lives and destroyed almost 500 buildings.
