An Adelaide man charged with the murder of his father has been released on bail with a court told natural causes could not be ruled out as a cause of death.
Joel Russo, 35, faced Adelaide Magistrates Court on Friday charged with the murder of his father, 65-year-old Frank Russo.
It is alleged the murder took place at a home at Paradise, in Adelaide's northeast, in February.

The court was told a report indicated heart issues could not be ruled out in relation to the cause of death.
Prosecutors did not oppose Russo's release on bail as they asked for the case to be delayed for six weeks.
Russo will return to court in September.
