Man drowns in River Murray in SA

A 69-year-old South Australian man has drowned in the River Murray, east of Adelaide.

Emergency services were called to a section of the river near Mannum on Monday after reports of a body in the water.

The Kadina man was pulled from the river soon after.

Police said there were no suspicious circumstances and a report would be prepared for the state coroner.
