Man arrested over SA home break-ins

A bungling home invader has been caught less than 24 hours after breaking into two homes on the Lefevre Peninsula in South Australia.
The man, 28, broke into a home with five people inside before rummaging through the property, stole the family's Holden Captiva about 2am on Friday but dumped the car later.
Just before 4.20am he allegedly broke into another house, with one person home, to steal a Toyota station wagon which he reversed into a post as he left the property.

The Toyota was found dumped in Largs North, 30 minutes later.
Police charged the man about 12.30am on Saturday with two aggravated serious criminal trespass, illegal interference and theft and is due in court on Monday.
