Drug driver did burnout in view of SA cops

A driver who did a burnout in full view of police has been booked for driving while on drugs.
Highway police in the Clare Valley, north of Adelaide, spotted the wheel-spinning P-plater on New Road on Monday morning.
The 28-year-old from Clare tested positive to cannabis and will be summonsed to appear in court after further forensic testing.
