Teen arrested in Qld over online grooming

An 18-year-old NSW man has been accused of using the internet to groom a 14-year-old girl for sex.
Taskforce Argos detectives were alerted to the teenager's online requests and arrested him at a Gold Coast Shopping Centre on Friday.
He has been charged with one count of using internet to procure a child under 16 and four counts of grooming a child under 16.

He is due to face Southport Magistrates Court on January 8.
