GST plan 'discriminatory': Qld premier

Proposed changes to the GST-sharing formula aimed at boosting revenue for Western Australia is "absolutely discriminatory," the Queensland premier says.

Annastacia Palaszczuk on Sunday accused Malcolm Turnbull of making "policy on the run" and said she expected the issue to dominate discussion at the next COAG meeting.

"Once again, (he wants) to give a handout to Western Australia which I think is absolutely discriminatory," she told reporters in Brisbane.
