Thunderstorm warning for regional NSW

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for much of regional NSW, with heavy rainfall set to hit an area spanning from Cooma to Lightning Ridge.
The Bureau of Meteorology says heavy rainfall, damaging winds and large hailstones could affect areas around Goulburn, Orange, Dubbo, Tamworth, Armidale, Moree and Lightning Ridge on Monday afternoon.
More than 40mm of rain fell in the hour before 1.45pm on Monday at Guyra, near Armidale.
