Teen charged after attack with golf club

A teenager has been charged after allegedly striking another man in the head with a golf club in NSW's far southwest.
A 31-year-old man was struck in the head early on Friday morning in a house in Dareton, leaving him with a fractured skull.
Police later arrested a 19-year-old man and charged him with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was refused bail, pending an appearance in Wentworth Local Court.

Another man, 38, was charged with assaulting the 19-year-old after the golf club attack.
He's due to appear at the same local court on January 6.
The 31-year-old man is recovering in Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
