Teen arrested over Sydney stabbing

A 17-year-old who allegedly stabbed another teenager, causing life-threatening injuries, has been charged with attempted murder in Sydney.
The 17-year-old victim was found on a footpath in Mt Druitt in the city's west and treated at the scene before he was taken to Westmead Hospital by paramedics on September 11.
Police on Tuesday arrested the accused, who has been refused bail and is expected to appear at a children's court on Wednesday.
