A Sydney woman accused of pushing a 92-year-old man to the ground over a parking dispute intends to plead not guilty, her lawyer says.

Kadiga Haouchar, 36, has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and intimidation intended to cause physical or mental harm following the incident at Greystanes in late November.

It's alleged she verbally abused the elderly man when he asked her to move her car that was parked across his driveway.

Police say she then shoved the man causing him to fall.

Haouchar was arrested and charged in December and given bail under the condition she does not contact her alleged victim.

Her lawyer Philip Lim told Fairfield Local Court on Wednesday his client, who did not appear in court, will plead not guilty.

Her case returns to court on March 6.
