Sydney pair arrested for home invasion

A man and woman have forced their way into a house on Sydney's northern beaches and assaulted a male resident before taking three children from the home.

The pair allegedly took the children from the house at Seaforth on Monday but were stopped and taken to Surry Hills Police Station where they were charged with multiple offences.

The three children, aged thirteen, nine and eight, were unharmed with the man and woman due to appear in court on Tuesday.
