Sydney man charged after restrain death

A Sydney man has been charged after a man he was trying to restrain during a fight lost consciousness and died.

The man, 40, will face Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday charged with the manslaughter of a 30-year-old man at a home in Minto on Tuesday night.

Police allege the two men were fighting when the younger one lost consciousness as the older man allegedly tried to restrain him. Despite efforts to revive the man he died at the scene.
