Protesters latch on at CSG plant
AAP
Two protesters have locked themselves to gates at a coal seam gas wastewater plant in northern NSW.
The women, aged 18 and 37, locked restraints around their necks to separate gates at the Santos Leewood water treatment plant south of Narrabri on Sunday morning, alleging the plant will damage water supply in NSW.
The plant will support 850 CSG wells above the Great Artesian Basin.
