Daylight robbery at Sydney CBD bank

A crime scene has been set up at a central Sydney bank after it was targeted in a daylight robbery.

Two offenders fled the Bendigo Bank branch in Elizabeth Street near Martin Place shortly before 1pm on Wednesday.

No one was injured.

Two men made off with bags of cash after demanding money from the teller around 12.20pm, police said.

Witnesses are being urged to contact police.
