Police officer charged with assault

A constable has been charged over the assault of two other police officers in the workplace.

The constable, attached to a specialist command, was charged on Monday with two counts of common assault and intimidation.

Police say he assaulted two colleagues in March this year.

He's set to face Bankstown Local Court on November 26.
