Pedestrian critical after Syd bike crash

A pedestrian aged in her 70s is fighting for life after colliding with a bicycle in south Sydney.

The woman suffered critical head injuries after the crash in Sutherland on Saturday morning, while the bike rider, aged in his 50s, broke his leg.

Both were airlifted to St George Hospital as a crime scene was established and investigators pieced together the circumstances surrounding the crash.
