Mugshot, arrest warrant issued as reality TV star is believed to have fled Australia after DV charges
An arrest warrant has been issued for reality TV star Nathan Gallagher after he allegedly fled Australia while facing domestic violence assault charges.
NSW Police have released a mugshot of the Below Deck Mediterranean star after he failed to attend a court hearing, resulting in his conviction in his absence.

“Nathan Gallagher, aged 28, is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant,” a statement from NSW Police released on Wednesday said.
“Nathan is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a fair complexion, about 165cm tall, with a medium build.”
Police believe Gallagher has fled the country. He was due to face court in Sydney on Tuesday to answer several charges.
Gallagher is alleged to have assaulted a 29-year-old woman at a Melrose Park apartment on Boxing Day last year.

He was arrested and taken to Gladesville Police Station, where he was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm (DV), intentionally choking a person without consent (DV) and common assault (DV).
Gallagher was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Local Court on December 27, where he was granted conditional bail.
He appeared in court again in January, and his matter was set to appear before Burwood Local Court on Tuesday.

However, he did not show, and he was convicted of all charges by Judge Janine Lacy, according to court documents seen by nine.com.au.
Gallagher is also wanted in his native Ireland after allegedly bashing a man in 2022.
According to news reports in Ireland, Gallagher was charged with assault and causing a man harm after an alleged attack on August 7, 2022, in Dungloe.

A warrant for his arrest was issued at Dungloe Court in April 2025 after he failed to appear in court.
Gallagher served as a deckhand on the Ionian Princess, a luxury yacht that is featured on the well-known reality TV program Below Deck Mediterranean.
