Naked man attacks woman in Sydney

A naked man has indecently assaulted a woman after she ran away from him in the early hours of the New Year in Sydney.

Police say the 26-year-old woman was approached by the man on Baldry St, Chatswood around 2.30am on January 1.

They say the man followed the woman when she ran away, indecently assaulted her and then ran towards Victoria Avenue after she screamed.

Officers have reviewed CCTV footage and are looking for an Asian man between 20 and 25.

They say he is around 175-180cm tall, with a slim build and was last seen wearing a blue basekball cap and black framed glasses with no clothes.
