Murder accessory accused remain in jail

A man and woman charged with accessory to the murder of a 44-year-old man found dead inside a central Sydney hotel room may apply for bail at their next court appearance.

Police have been investigating the alleged murder since the man's body was discovered at a Kent Street hotel in the early hours of November 16 and say inquiries are continuing.

Elias Dimarelis, 31, and 33-year-old Rebel King are due to appear via audio visual link at Central Local Court on February 11.

That is the same day on which a 30-year-old man charged over the murder is due in court.

Neither of the accused, who were arrested on Tuesday, appeared when their matter was briefly mentioned at Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday.
