Mum demands justice after son left 'traumatised' by serial bully
A concerned mother is seeking justice after she says her young son was "traumatised" by a serial bully, who allegedly beats his victims and then posts videos of the attacks online.
The young boy is allegedly responsible for starting a number of fights, filming them and then posting them to social media.
The most recent alleged attack on a classmate at a Penrith bus stop on New Year's Eve left the 13-year-old victim hospitalised with a concussion and serious damage to his face.

The victim's mother, Sandra Kittlety, has told 9News that she wants police to investigate after her son was left "traumatised".
"I felt sick to my stomach, he has his hands down, this kid comes in from the side and kicks him," Kittley said.
"You could see the bottom tooth through the lip, he ended up with two stitches on the outside, the inside was too bad to be stitched.
"They need to do something, he needs to be charged."
A video of her son's alleged attack was sent to the victim's sister by the alleged bully.

Elsewhere in the video, the bully can be heard "humiliating" his victim by ordering him to say degrading phrases and perform upsetting tasks.
Kittlety has demanded police investigate before it happens to another child.
"What happens next time when a child is seriously hurt or doesn't go home," she said.
NSW Police said it has begun investigating the incident after 9News provided them with footage of the alleged attacks.
