Man stabbed in back, left in Sydney street

A man has been found in a Sydney street with a stab wound in the back.

The injured man, believed to be aged in his 20s, is in a stable condition in hospital after being found in a Parramatta street on Sunday night.

An extensive search of the area was carried out by local police, the police airwing and the dog unit, but there have been no arrests.
