Man questioned after man falls 10m from a Bondi balcony

A man is being questioned by police after another man fell about 10 metres from the balcony of an eastern Sydney home.

The 29-year-old, who fell from the North Bondi balcony on Sunday morning, injured his spine and face and was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital, police said.

It's believed he may have been arguing with a 31-year-old man who's being interviewed by police.

A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing.

Police wouldn't say whether they expected to lay further charges.
