Man dies in southern NSW road crash

A motorcyclist has died in a collision with a car in the NSW Snowy Mountains.

Police say a 51-year-old Victorian man was travelling along Barry Way when the vehicles collided near the Snowy River Way intersection at Jindabyne around 2.30pm.

The man was thrown from his bike and died on impact.

A woman, who was driving the car, was treated for facial lacerations and taken to Cooma District Hospital.
