Man dies after explosion in NSW park

A man has died after a homemade device exploded in the regional NSW town of Dubbo.
Police were called to Pioneer Park about 2.30am on Thursday after reports a man had been injured after an explosion. A 27-year-old man died at the scene.
It's believed he might have been holding a homemade device before the explosion, police say.
